this anime loves bringing up money…
Camping is a hobby for rich people. And starving peasants.
middle-class japanese schoolgirls should stick to their light music clubs
no they should stick to camping
these girls are cuter than the keions
It really depends on how you do it. You can waste a lot of money on your equipment. A good air mattress can set you back hundreds of dollars.
But for most items there's also a fully functional cheap solution. A simple camping mat costs about 20 dollars. Living in central Europe there isn't really a whole lot of wilderness for me to explore. So when I go camping I basically go from one paid camping site to the next.
I imagine it would be quite a different experience in the largely empty countryside of the USA where you might even hunt your own meals.
you can also do it freestyle and live on dirty newspaper in a local metro station

Must've been a fun day at the recording studio.
There are, but they are currently being hunted down because of some pig epidemic.
The comfort is fucking real. How do I become this comfortable?>>23938
What the hell is a pig epidemic
There is too much comf for me.

have CR finally realized there's nothing wrong with "onee-chan"?
are we going to have a proper untranslated "itadakimasu" next?!
Was CR known for not using onee-chan before? I feel like there were plenty of horriblesubs where onee-chan was used.
they have a despicable tendency to just write onee-chan's name or …. *shudders* "big sis'"
I mean if they legitimately called the oneechan's name then why not? Or do you mean they'd sub it in?
I didn't notice that too much but I'll take your word for it
Yeah, I notice it all the time, a character will say "お姉さん" and the subs will read "Sumiko" or whatever. Same with all sorts of other titles and honorifics.
I know Crunchy have multiple translators, and presumably they have multiple TL checkers/editors as well, but apparently there's no universal style guide or team in charge of consistency, so things like that really depend on who worked on the series.
Also, obligatory "you could avoid this stuff by learning Japanese" comment.

The series title can be translated as comfy camp, you know.
>apparently there's no universal style guide or team in charge of consistency, so things like that really depend on who worked on the series
hence that one translator who keeps translating "tsukaretta" to "I'm pooped!"
I think that's the point>>24189
I guess I never realized
I don't use Horrible that much to begin with and I don't really read the subs since they're a fallback for me at this point
>>24206>I think that's the point
My point is that the title can be an alliteration if translated one way. Unbelievable to me that the japanese have thought about this.
How much time do you spend in video games looking for clothes/hairstyles that don't have any clipping issues?
That's not a bug, it's a feature. I pity the man who can't appreciate the charm of magic eyebrows.
She kind of looks like the succubus from Demichan, except without crippling self confidence issues.

You do what you need to do in a survival situation.
Does her name mean marshmallow in Japanese or something
I wish I too were soft
eat lots and lots of marshmallows
If only every problem had such a tasty solution.
Please read the manga to this series too, the art is absolutely gorgeous.
And Nadeshiko's onee-san is a real looker.
Nadeshiko's onee-chan is a bully who lets her poor sister starve.

Why don't you have a seat over there, sir.
Make sure your granddaughter's friends don't miss out on that tasty meat, jisan.
Depends on countries laws and campsites but generally accurate yeah.
Personally I only think camping is worthwhile if you do it while doing multiple day hikes or something. Just going to a campsite and camping seems pretty dumb to me.
Going out into nature just to camp I can understand but campsites are just fucking fields.
Seconded in general, but I'll add that your trip doesn't need to be by foot. Just pick a mode of transport that isn't too easy on your muscles or too fast to really see anything.
Do you have any suggestions? It sounds like you're recommending biking but what about all the crud I'd have to bring along?>>24586
Well no I was going to find some shitty mountain area or something to stay at for a night or two, not stay in designated camping zones.
Biking is nice but probably expensive to get into. Besides a good bike you'd want bicycle bags to hold all your stuff.
I like canoes. Those can usually be rented at moderate prices along with waterproof bags.
Actually, now that I think about it, you'd probably be able to rent bike+bags too. I've just never tried. But a fully packed bike is pretty huge. If your legs are untrained, you may want to plan your route on flat terrain.
Well I mean I have a good bike already and bike a lot, but is it good for what you're on about?

These comfs grant me extreme happiness. Their smiles and coziness are contagious.
I'm behind on this and HakuMiko because they're too comfy. Maybe tomorrow I should just set everything else aside and catch up on them both.
What kind of reason is that even

You know how you can't just force yourself to watch iyashikei for the sake of watching it? Or, you technically can, but that kind of misses the point. When all the new episodes of airing stuff pile up on the weekend, I don't want to just watch those two along with the rest of them and feel like I'm rushing through them, but then during the rest of the week I get all distracted and stressed out by other stuff and feel like it would be a waste to watch them in such a poor mood. But you're right, it's a silly reason anyway, I just need to stop working on other stuff for a bit and have a nice relaxed catch-up day.
I did not expect to see Jesus the paedophile here.
Eight year olds, dude.
What the hell
They're trying to murder me with comf
They actually made an entire site that does nothing but loop comf?
They might not have even thought it was a real usable URL.
So many of these domain names they come out with these days don't even make sense

You mean the new batch of TLDs from a few years ago? There are a lot of silly and bizarrely niche ones, but for the most part they at least make sense.
Fun fact, .camp
is more popular than .pizza
Can you just start superdomain names like you start a website?
From ICANN:>An applicant for a new gTLD is, in fact, applying to create and operate a registry business supporting the Internet's domain name system. This involves a number of significant responsibilities, as the operator of a new gTLD is running a piece of visible Internet infrastructure.>Applicants will need to demonstrate the operational, technical and financial capability to run a registry and comply with additional specific requirements.>ICANN expects all new gTLDs to be operational. The application process requires applicants to provide a detailed plan for the launch and operation of the proposed gTLD.>The evaluation fee is US$185,000.
Anyway, even if you had an organization capable of handling all that, you can't just apply at any time. All these new ones came from one round of proposals back in 2012, and it's not something they do regularly.
US$185,000 is worth it to make http://lick.loli/
Are the Yurus not underage or something?
I gotta catch up I guess
What's with all the drunk girls recently anyway?
It is a manga adaptation, but the manga isn't even scanlated up to the point where the anime ends, so if you can't read moon you're out of luck for the time being.
Anyway, it's sad to see things go, but also fun to see what new things appear in their place, so don't despair.
I hope it gets picked up soon then, anime sometimes encourages scanlators to pick a manga up.

I'm only on episode 2 and I already put this in my top 3 comfiest shows of all time!
RIP you, you missed all the fun!
It's the curse of preferring to watch a show after the full season comes out
>>27467>GUESS WHO IS FUCKING COMFY
I'm getting comfortable just looking at them in the back

I saw a fancy sports car with a sticker of Shima Rin on the window that made me smile the other day.
What a filthy liar. She said she could walk on her on, then fell the very instant they let go of her.
