I mean she's not right though.
Does this show actually have a plot?
It's super enjoyable to watch but I'm wondering if it's going to go anywhere or it's just one-episode-on, one-episode-off quirks. Haven't gotten around to watching episode 3 yet, but the first two seemed pretty "casual" if that makes sense.
Nope. It's just slice of life.

Some stuff happened over on /r/ and someone deleted their own threads and left. You should leave it at that cause meta is now bannable.
Just focus on talking about the cute girls.
I always miss all the juicy drama :(
I hope that whenever Bocchi gets an anime, we get this studio to do it. And speaking of good manga getting anime, is Kaguya-sama getting one anytime soon?

Do you hate animation?
Don't bully Silver Link, their animation is fine for blobby girls vomiting on people or little brats talking about unko.

She can just steal some of the animals' food.
WE THINK HE'S MIGHTY FINE!
I knew the only thing that could save this show was the comedy the moment I saw the 3DCG in the first 2 seconds of the first episode. I'm glad it had good comedy. I still only watched one episode, but I liked what I saw.
That's the stupidest thing I've read all week.
First of all, there's nothing to save, because this series doesn't use any more or less CG for unimportant background details than any other run-of-the-mill TV anime. If that amount of CG is your baseline for something needing to be "saved", then you're just being intentionally picky and looking for things to complain about, and/or you need to grow up and realize that's just par for the course these days.
That aside, this entire series could be animated as a slideshow of crude crayon scribbles and it wouldn't make a difference. It's not like you go in expecting great animation and your experience just happens to be saved by the comedy; on the contrary, the comedy is the main focus, and the animation is all but irrelevant. Of course higher-quality animation would always be a nice bonus, for any series, but the level of quality here is exactly appropriate for the source material.
Finally, why even make that post over a month later if you dropped it after the first episode?
LOL for someone using lots of long words to sound smart you're pretty dumb!
if "the comedy" is "the main focus" and the animation is just "nice bonus" why not just read the script off a piece of paper? that has all the comedy. animation, sound, music…? nice bonuses but not what you're here for, right? didn't think it through, did you? BAKA
this series is 60% funny 40% cute, but you can't have the cute without the cute girls on the screen!
I meant that using 3DCG in the first seconds of the anime brought about the impression this would be a lazy uninspired anime to fill in tv time. It wasn't. I'm sorry you can't read into things.
Nowhere in my post did I imply I dropped it. I said I still only watched one episode but I liked what I saw, which is the exact opposite of what someone would say if they were going to drop it. I'm sorry when you try to read into things you fail.
I don't understand, is this post satire?
But you've got it exactly, the voice acting, music, and timing all enrich the experience beyond what you'd get by just reading the manga (though of course that has its merits too). When it comes to a comedy series, animation is not only one factor of many, but the least important factor, so citing it as a primary complaint is ridiculous.
Your use of the word 'still' implies that you dropped it, as in, "despite liking what I saw, I only watched one episode". If you meant that you picked it up but were just slow at catching up, the correct phrasing would have been something like "I've only watched one episode so far, but liked what I saw."
I can see how it might be confusing, but that's English for you.
No, it's super bitter. I could see maybe using a small amount in something, but why would you eat it by itself?
Did dandelion tea make you barf?

Not actually, no. It was made much more palatable with a spoonful of sugar.
Anyway, I got it from an old Chinese lady who said it was medicinal, so of course I had to try. Can't say it did much, though.>>24479
I accidentally ate the head of a dandelion once, couldn't get the taste out of my mouth for about half an hour. I imagine you only used the leaves though, right?
Dandelion root is very good and not bitter like the stem, and can be used to make a coffee-like drink.
That looks pretty neat. Shame you're supposed to harvest the roots in the autumn though, I'll be itching to try it all year now.
It'll soon be autumn in Australia.
That sounds nice; I'll have to remember to try that.>>24500
There are dandelions in Australia?
I guess I shouldn't be surprised. They're everywhere else.
I'm kind of surprised Australia doesn't have a poisonous variety.
I'm sure their most brilliant scientists are working on it. Australia has a reputation to uphold.
It's late, because it's only been 4 months since October.
