Honestly I didn't pick up on only people who knew her being able to see her, I just thought she was being forgotten. I'm dense.

Even though the characters and story turned out to be interesting, I could only see the first episode as a series of Haruhi references. I wonder how many episodes that feeling will last. Am I pointing at the elephant in the room here?
I also got that vibe.
I'm not sure where it comes from though. The whole dry commentation by a bored stoic MC probably gives a Kyon vibe, and the "adolescence syndrome" thing feels a bit like Haruhi. Other than that I'm not really sure why I got the Haruhi vibe out of it.
I can't put my finger on it but the MC somehow of reminds me of Kyon, whenever he isn't bantering that is.
>>27504>I didn't pick up on only people who knew her being able to see her, I just thought she was being forgotten. I'm dense.
That's not what it is so it makes sense that you didn't pick up on it. The reason the clerk lady selling the buns doesn't know who she is is because her existence was erased from her perspective.>>27513>>27525>>27531
Also the seiyuu for bunny girl-senpai. Her voice sounds a lot like Haruhi's voice when Haruhi is serious.
Wait, is the seiyuu Hirano?
No, she just sounds like her. You should know hirano is blacklisted.
I heard people say she actually still gets jobs, just not big name ones. How does she even feed herself, she doesn't star in AVs or anything
I think the relationship between the MC and the Yukino clone escalated a bit to quickly in the second. Or maybe I was just expecting her to be a bit more tsun-tsun.
I think you can on some level excuse it because people are losing the ability to see her.
I don't really know why they inserted so much pseudoscience. Leaving aside the stark fact that Schrodinger's cat was once again used incorrectly, I don't even understand why it was brought up. The lab slut just decided to namedrop the cat and…that's it?
In any case I get the feeling that there'll be a sharp nosedive in quality after these first three episodes, the 2nd and 3rd felt stretched out as fuck.
Yeah pretty much
>How does she even feed herself
well she's a woman so she can just rely on some man.
plus if she was smart she still might have haruhibux tucked away.
>>27635>the 2nd and 3rd felt stretched out as fuck.
I felt the opposite. I think it was an entire LN volume crunched into three episodes, the plot was interesting enough that there could have been more. Like at the end of the episode I was thinking "That's it? Her problem's solved? That was the climax of the story already?" Maybe the LN is really just that simple and dumb but I'm wondering if the pseudoscience is better explained and the pacing is better in the LN.
>In any case I get the feeling that there'll be a sharp nosedive in quality
I agree with this though. LN series are notorious for not retaining quality for long, and at this pace we'll be going through 4 volumes this season.
Her accent is pretty amazing
thoughts on new ep. I thought it was okay
The fourth one? You didn't like her accent?

no the one that just aired yesterday
Weird, it's not showing up on my feed…
do you use horrible subs?
Vivid, which I guess is the problem.
so did you watch the new ep yet? I've heard this show compared to bake but I think its trying to cater to a different audience
Now I have, at any rate.
It's compared to bake mostly because of how wordy and pseudo-philosophical it gets at times, I think. Also with the weird powers, if you want to call it that.
I like their household cat.
More importantly, I like the first year better than the main girl.
first year girl is shit. just some dumb, weak attention whore.>>27747
he makes a good point.
She has a cute voice though, and her being bad doesn't preclude the main girl from being worse
She feels like a Senjougahara expy.
>>27774>I imagine him distancing himself as much as possible from this girl
and hes right to do so. bitches like that are dangerous
also new ep. dropped. episode 6 indicated this show was going in another shitty high school melodrama and ep.7 confirms it. good show, but overrated
it'd say it's about on par with any other adaptation of a stupidly-long-named light novel
The problem is that he DIDN'T distance himself until it was too late and she legit got attached to him.
So you're thinking we're going to get another Yahari
I honestly don't know. It feels like her arc is over and she'll never be in the spotlight or relevant again to me, but I'm just saying that the fact that the arc happened at all feels out of character to me. We're more or less told that "it's because she reminds him of his sister" but it's an informed attribute, it's never really shown or otherwise demonstrated.
OP is the best thing about this show
It dropped off pretty fast but on the bright side I don't think anyone was let down by it
judging by ep.8, seems like mc is just going to go girl to girl being a substitute bf but not actually. Major let down for me, kinda wished the whole show would have been like the first three episodes instead we get a shitty yahari pseudo-intellectual rip off
The random namedrop of Schrodinger and Maxwell's Demon really should've tipped you off if I'm honest

what is she hiding in their?
I'm surprised at how much I'm liking it
it has that certain FEELING
first ~4 eps were really meh but I learned to love it
it's overflowing with adolescent energies
really reminds me of what I loved about other good school anime
are you smoking crack? its hot garbage. get better taste plebs, the only reason to continue watching this shit is for more mai feet scenes
wait I just realized
the girl with the blue hair is just a figment of the MC's imagination, right?
so… wtf was the "young version" of that girl?
was it explained?
