Eurobeat sucks, so I hope not.
Yeah thats right, this is a strict no Poorobeat thread
Reminder that Eurobeat is for children who play arcade machines while waiting for their parents to pick them up after a movie
I'm a child at an arcade machine outside the movies. My parents are on the way. I NEED this.
But, there's nothing better than blasting eurobeat while driving at high speeds!
What about sex? Are you a virgin?
I lost my virginity to a silicone hole not too long ago. It was alright but nothing beats blasting eurobeat while recklessly driving.
I put on Eurobeat before going to bed.
Nothing like the soothing sound of 150BPM synth drums to help you fall asleep.
Good Eurobeat is like a good DEEN anime, it just doesnt exist
People with bad taste.
You are the most disgusting human being I have ever encountered. Death is too honorable for you.
Still the single greatest Shibayan track.
Still the single greatest Touhou track.
Still the single greatest audio track.
I agree, Clockup flowers is great! Probably my favorite of all the Shibayan stuff I've listened to.
Here's another I really enjoy:
More like the only good Shibayan track
Take a listen to some REAL Touhou doujin music
This is really nice. I've listened to it on loop a couple of times without really noticing it had ended. Do you have any more?
I don't know of any that specifically sounds like that one but that piece is by hi-fi set if it helps.

I have a jpopsuki account with an extremely good ratio, I've got a 12.32 right now, so I can download around 80-110gb of stuff without coming anywhere close to ratio watch. Does anyone have any albums they want me to download for them and post to a file sharing site so you can have? Just let me know if you do.
Be sure to include the album name and the artist.
Thank you for being so charitable, do you think you could upload the album from >>7548

the samachan music thread always makes me feel better, lads
thanks for sharing your tunes
I like german vocals
Yeah they're just really bubbly or something. I listen to namu on loop whenever I go running because it gets me pumped and times well to footsteps.
I also think that their main singer is unusually beautiful while also not looking like she's 12 which is weird with asians.
I remember being really confused when I first heard of math rock, it's an odd name.
I don't think I've ever seen Bokutachi no Iru Tokoro get mentioned anywhere pretty much ever so I'll post something from them. Probably not for everyone but I think they do a great job at making aggressive and frenetic rock music so long as you don't mind some eccentric vocals and harshness. I actually really like how the singer switches so effortlessly between chirpy and "cute" and harsh and angry>>12800>I remember being really confused when I first heard of math rock, it's an odd name.
I felt the same way about shoegaze. Music genres are weird. Also I really like the song you posted, I can't say I've ever heard Japanese hip-hop that I actually enjoy before so I'll have to check those guys out.
That song is a one off for me, I've yet to listen to the rest of PSGs stuff.
>Bokutachi no Iru Tokoro
That singer sounds almost identical to this one I got from another imageboard recently.
I also like how they swap between soft and abrasive voices, it evades being repetitive like most songs if nothing else.
Cool song, I enjoy how it progressively gets more chaotic and glitchy towards the breakdown and then calms down again. That and the cute whispery vocals are a great combination.>>12856
I've only heard a few songs here and there but YUC'e is so upbeat and energetic, seems like great music to drive or clean to.>>12857
Wow is that a September cover/remix? That's amazing.>>12892
Hey I actually know this song. 4:00 and onward is ultra catchy.
The hell is this related to music?
Cute girl for cute music? Maybe
How far would you need to go to see them?
What city? They're playing near me too, so I might be going as well. Would be cool if there was another Samachanner there.
I'd be going to the one in Boston
if I do go.
Dang, not bad
Have fun anon
Damn, nowhere near me. Hope you have a fun time, though.
Ah shame. Well have fun as well if you do end up going. I'll post here about it if I go, maybe I'll take some pictures or something.>>13125
Thanks, I will!
I really like samachans taste in music, it's nice to listen through this thread.

I really really want to download the new House Set but I can't find anywhere, not even legally for sale!!!
What's it called? I'll try to look for it as well.
This one is neat I like how it switches melodies.
I've been listening to a lot of YUC'e lately because I've never really bothered to listen to whole albums or anything. Listening to this album while driving nice roads on a nice day is too much fun. I'm less a fan of the songs where they have random breakcore/dubstep sections in the middle though I prefer just the straight up electro-pop sound.

♪ Sulow Motion! ♪
I can't get this out of my head!
The name sounds chuuni as all hell lol
huh apparently it's a sister circle of Liz Triangle
I kinda disliked Liz Triangle too, I think I'll give their stuff another chance now
I feel like I'm the only one on Samachan who doesn't listen to Touhou music. I don't dislike it or anything though.
I don't listen to it anymore, but there was a time where I really enjoyed it. I don't dislike it either, but I'm not into Touhou at all anymore.
This is nice>Unsourcable
AHHH this drives me insane though, why would you do this to me!
To be honest the only two albums I know are Tsumanne and Eiyuu Syndrome, I should get around to listening to more of them, since I really love both albums
I've heard a lot of people dislike their later stuff, I was introduced through Eiyuu Syndrome (through the album art as I mentioned) so I still really like it, I don't mind the cleaner/catchier sound I guess. Or I have shit taste.
What do you hate about it out of curiosity? And what would you consider their best stuff, aside from Tsumanne (which seems to be their most popular at least), for me to listen to?
I've only listened to it twice so far but I've been really liking this album (No New World).
Its got a lot of pretty darn good songs. I wasn't a fan of "If only" and "HuHuHu" (I actually kind of disliked them) but after the second listen they really grew on me. The only thing that still bugs me a bit is that I feel like the vocals are too repetitive and it gets old pretty quick, but the songs themselves are nice.
Here's a youtube link to one of the ones I really like from that album, since all the songs are above the 10mb limit ;-;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9Vjk1tIygo

I can't find it in this thread so it was probably before this, but some anon posted a Mass of Fermenting Dregs song here. I just wanted to say thanks because now its my favourite band.
Good taste anonymous!
I unfortunately cant post any of their music here since they're all too big for the file limit though…
You could upload them to Mega and link them…
Ahhh that's great, it makes me happy to hear! Samachan has shown me a lot of cool music so I'm happy when someone finds a band I like so much through here as well.
Or you could just torrent them yourself.
Do you not have a jpopsukie account? Is there a person like that who exists?
Not him but I don't either
It's private, innit?
This is pretty nice, I feel like I've heard it before but I cant place where…
I've been listening to more polkadot stingray lately, they're pretty nice
Polkadot stingray are awesome yeah
I like how catchy and energetic some of their songs are they make me wanna dance or run or something
S-slow down anonymous that's a lot of music!
Thanks for posting it though, I'll surely listen through it. This site has great music taste.
As an aside, people should include the artist name if they know it when they post stuff, it makes it easier to find more of their stuff if someone really likes it.
most mp3s have the artist name in the metadata
Ohhh you're right, I didn't even think to look at that.
Icicle what is that
clownpiece theme remix you posted before?
It was very silly and I liked it.
I like itGlad you're not dead
Never played KD but I really like this song
Nice! Thanks for the heads up. This sounds really good.
This doesn't deserve its own thread but in case anyone cares, Kalafina has officially disbanded.
It's only a name I know from passage since they've done a couple of anime OP/EDs but it's always sad to hear about these things.
Didn't those girls who sun madoka's OP also disband recently?
I've been meaning to make a nice detailed post about this album and what songs are my favorites on it, but for now suffice to say I really like it and you all should go listen to it. The English title is Kinoko Teikoku - Time Lapse
If you've already listened to it, what did you think?
Really good stuff to work out to, same goes with the other JoJo OPs
Thats pretty nice, the quality of vocaloid songs sure has come up huh
The vocaloid songs that sound 'bad' is because they are made to sound like that on purpose, as is the vocaloid character that is supposed to be singing

How long did this take
The only good things about that show was the OP and the last episode.
What is it from?
23 mins of Touhou songs played on a grand piano.https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm28758818
Nice tune. There are a few entries for flowers in VNDB, which one is this from? It might be contrary to what one might think but it's quite baffling how good eroge soundtracks can be.
Sounds oddly familiar, but don't think I've heard it before. It's nice how it picks up the pace midway through.>>22578
"FLOWERS ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK -PRINTEMPS-" should be the one and the one I'm posting right now should be from the AUTOMNE one. And indeed, it's certainly a pity how often these nice pieces end up lost in time just because they were from eroge, doujin, anime, or even videogames.
Woah, music on the homepage. What could it mean?!

Is it still there? It didn't play for me. It's one of Lennon's private demo and the remaining members worked it into an actual song after his death.

crispy is an adjective to describe chicken not a japanese person's voice goddamnit i'll kill you
Wow, I can hear the peanut oil.
…Do you mean crisp as in clear and easy to hear? Contrary to what anonymous says I think crispy can describe audio just fine but I would imagine a crispy voice to sound distorted or static-ey I guess
nah I mean "crispy" as in "crunchy"
Ok NOW you've lost me.
That opening is giving me traumatic flashbacks of that one area of Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey
I forgot how fantastic this was.>>23479
I've never played strange journey, how was it? What happened, would it be a big spoiler?
Never played Mother/Earthbound but this is very cute https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBbRJoHTJAM
I've played mother/earthbound zero and that is my favorite bgm (without the vocals) although to be fair, all the bgm in the game is outstanding. Unfortunately I lost my save file before I could finish it, I was around the last dungeon too and never got around to replaying it because it's notoriously grindy.
This guy does a good medley of almost all if not all of the bgm.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYDn4tnzo0U
No, it was just an area where I died a lot that looked like a shotengai/city or something. I really don't remember anything about the story honestly but it was good and the game was good too
I think they remade it for 3DS too so it might be better than I remember now

Dig - 日食なつこ(Nisshoku Natsuko)
hey that's pretty good
these sound like default RPGmaker songs
What's your favorite track?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRtKmWMtBto
Emi Evans has a great voice but Nami Nakagawa is too underappreciated, she is so versatile and has such a huge vocal range and technique. The harmony between the two is so dynamic.
From Nier? It's probably recency bias, the Beautiful Song is pretty fooking good especially in the context of the fight in which it's played. The rampup fits really well with the whole madness-born-of-love theme.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMKskuvJTcs
This makes me want to play that game
Isn't this that werning werning girl?
this was eventually remastered into >>17346
but I think the original sounds great too
No I've never played it but the music sounds good
I don't think 2D PS1 era JRPGs have aged badly so why not? Wild ARMs also have puzzle elements so that might make it a little less stale.

I'm sorry I completely didn't realize that I have misquoted the wrong post myself. I don't know if you'd have any interest in it but here's an interview with Keiichi Okabe. I'm not very knowledgeable about music but I thought what he said about how he creates his composition was interesting as well as how nier's soundtrack wasn't created as single song tracks but by layers of sound arrangements or something to that effect.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhTSy9OTWv0
